Pining for Pixels # 117 - Evercade Expeditions: Windjammers, Karnov & Friends
Welcome to the Pining For Pixels podcast! This is my video game variety show podcast, part of the Red Rooster's Gaming Coop network where I talk gaming and gaming culture every week. Each episode will feature a subject or theme that interests me, and I will speak about what is on my mind in the world of video games!
Time for a new Evercade Expedtions where I provide a cart overview! This cart just came out, and while I was looking forward to it, I was a little confused on what the theme was supposed to be for this one. It seemed to me that these were a bunch of unrelated titles thrown together for good measure. However, as I learned after receiving it, these titles were all at one time released by Data East, but none of them are owned by Data East any longer. The way I see it, this is an unofficial new entry in the Data East collections! Tune in to hear which of the titles included that I had never played prior to this cart and why it impressed me so much!
