Pining for Pixels # 101 - The Nintendo Switch 2 Pre-Release Whirlwind!
Welcome to the Pining For Pixels podcast! This is my video game variety show podcast, part of the Red Rooster's Gaming Coop network where I talk gaming and gaming culture every week. Each episode will feature a subject or theme that interests me, and I will speak about what is on my mind in the world of video games!
The Nintendo Switch 2 has now been fully unveiled with a release date, explanation of its new features and a slew of games! Along with it, a lot of controversy both from Nintendo themselves and from external factors. This episode is dedicated to all the chaos surrounding this heavily anticipated hybrid console, and all the excitement that is starting to build in anticipation of its June 5th launch. Easily my most anticipated hardware release since the first Switch, this console really has me anxious for it to arrive. The new features are great and the games look spectacular. This time there is a huge swell of third party support on top of the top tier quality of Nintendo's first party studios. Tune in to hear me discuss all the excitement and controversy surrounding this new console.
