Pining for Pixels # 93 - Evercade Expeditions: Metal Dragon/Life on Mars
Welcome to the Pining For Pixels podcast! This is my video game variety show podcast, part of the Red Rooster's Gaming Coop network where I talk gaming and gaming culture every week. Each episode will feature a subject or theme that interests me, and I will speak about what is on my mind in the world of video games!
Just in time for Valentine's Day, I am doing the next episode of Evercade Expeditions! This one is looking at the dual cart for Metal Dragon & Life on Mars, which in my opinion are the perfect match together! Both of these games saw life as modern day retro releases on the Sega Genesis (seperately), getting a proper cartridge for the original hardware and everything. Now these 2 titles have been combined together for this newest Evercade release, and it is a match made in heaven. I was able to put them both through their paces. If you are a fan of the good ol' 16 bit days, and especially if you were a Sega kid growing up, you owe it to yourself to get this cart and play these 2 amazing games. Tune in to hear my thoughts about what makes these titles must haves for Sega fans.
