Welcome to the Saving Throes podcast! This is my Tabletop role-playing game podcast, part of the Red Rooster's Gaming Coop network where I talk gaming and gaming culture every week. Each episode will feature a topic or theme along with my take on current happenings in the world of tabletop role-playing games and semi regular updates on the games I am currently involved with, or new games or products I have come across.

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to industry luminary Jim Ward. He passed away this month, and I wanted to use this week's episode to recognize Jim's contribution to the D&D game, particularly his early involvement with Gary Gygax's legendary Greyhawk game & his time at TSR. However, that is not the end of the Jim Ward story, he accomplished many great things throughout his career and he will most certainly be missed. This episode is dedicated to his memory and I hope you tune in to share in the good memories of the amazing things he accomplished and the legacy that he leaves behind!

If you would like to reach out, you can reach me at redroostersgamingcoop@gmail.com - I would love to hear from you!
