With the sad news of Akira Toriyama's passing, I decided to do a spotlight episode on his impact in the world of video games. Toriyama is most well known for his mega popular Dragon Ball series, but almost just as well known for video game juggernaut franchise Dragon Quest! However, one does not have to look too much farther out to see Toriyama's work and influence on several other video games. His unique style and flair for capturing life in his works has always elevated the properties he has been involved with to a new level. This episode is about celebrating his achievements in a life that, although gone too soon, will always be remembered for the joy that he inspired.
